Life values measures how well an individual is currently living in accordance with their self-determined values. It has two constructs: Progress, which measures actions taken that are consistent with one’s values and Obstruction, which measures how much things get in the way of living in accordance with one’s values.

Emotional wellbeing measures three related negative emotional states: depression, anxiety, and tension/stress. It provides a general overview of an individual’s mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Flourishing measures an individual’s self-perceived success in important areas of life such as relationships, esteem, purpose, and optimism. It yields a single psychological well-being score and higher scores represent higher levels of emotional resilience and personal well-being.

 

Emotion regulation measures an individual’s ability to regulate their emotions effectively. By understanding your ability to regulate emotions, you can gain insight into how to handle stressful situations and how to manage your emotional responses in a healthy way.

 

Mindfulness measures an individual’s awareness of the present moment and ability to pay attention to experiences without judgment. By being mindful, you can improve your overall well-being and mental health, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your ability to focus.

 

Self-compassion (SCS) measures an individual’s self-kindness and ability to understand common humanity in difficult situations. With greater self-compassion, you can reduce negative self-talk and self- criticism, increase your resilience in the face of adversity, and improve your overall well-being and mental health.

 

Resilience (CD-RISC) measures an individual’s ability to cope with stress and adversity. By understanding your resilience, you can improve your ability to handle difficult situations, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall mental health and well-being.
